Return & Exchange Policy:
All purchases will receive an email with the status of your order. If you change your mind BEFORE the product has been shipped? Contact us at 877-556-5538 to promptly exchange your request. Please refer to your order number. If you change your mind AFTER the product has been shipped? Please return them to us (you are responsible for shipping charges). We will accept unworn/unsoiled products for exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt. Please ensure clips are closed and protected from damage. 21 Day Exchange / Return Policy All exchanges and returns are accepted within 21 days of receipt.
Make a Mistake? Change Your Mind? Did WE Make a Mistake?
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: IF YOU'RE RETURNING SUSPENDERS BECAUSE WE MADE A MISTAKE, we'll pay exchange postage. IF YOU JUST WANT A DIFFERENT SUSPENDER, we ask you to pay the postage (NO handling charge on exchanges).
TO RETURN SUSPENDERS TO US FOR EXCHANGE OR FOR REFUND:
- return them to us UNSOILED and UNWORN (other than try-on, of course), with CLIPS CLOSED and PROTECTED (NO TAPE please. Tape leaves a residue and we can't refund if the clips are returned to us taped for protection);
- within 21 days of receipt (this time limit is much relaxed for Christmas and Father's Day seasons);
- include a copy of the packing slip or a note with all the contact information so that we can find the original order in our system;
- and a clear note as to how you want us to proceed.
- If it's just one pair of elastic suspenders (or up to three 1-inch wide suspenders), we'll send them back for no additional postage. If it's Leather, Rugged Comfort Western or more than one pair of elastic suspenders, we'll charge your card for the cost of the return postage. If it's been more than 21 days since the order was made, please include a check for $5.00. If we will need to mail the replacement outside the U.S. please email us first to see what return postage will cost.

(Exceptions - Special Orders are not returnable, and CREDIT CANNOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY CLIP SUSPENDERS RETURNED WITH CLIPS OPEN).
Shipping/handling costs are not refunded if the order was processed and shipped to you unless the return was a result of the store's mistake.
If returning for refund ten or more pair from one order, a 10% re-stocking fee will be taken from the refund due.
SPECIAL ORDERS: (a style not advertised on our pages) can usually be filled within 21 business days. E-mail or call us with your request - 208-689-3933 - we'll do our best to find them for you. Minimum order for SPECIAL ORDERS: Three-pair minimum purchase each color/size/style. $5.00 Special Order handling charge. Special Orders are not returnable.
