1. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return it to the address on the front side of the packing slip. Include a copy of the packing slip (or printout of your sales receipt) and indicate why you are returning it and whether you prefer an exchange or a credit.
2. What if I order the wrong item number or size?
Not a problem. You will be given a refund or exchange, however you prefer. All you have to do is return the item to us with a note enclosed telling us what the problem is. Can I safely order from your company over the Internet? YES! Our website is secure as indicated by the icons on the order page. Your ordering information is encrypted to keep your information secure. If you prefer, you may phone your order in at (877)556-5538. If we are not available, please leave a message indicating the style (item number), color, size you would like along with your e-mail address, phone number and credit card information. Please make certain you have provided a correct billing address during the checkout process. With credit card fraud on the rise, we will only ship to customers with a correct billing address. For the protection of our valued customers please take the time to do this.
3. What if I want to pay for my product with a money order?
Simply place your order normally. When you get to the payment choice page, just click the "Money Order" button and complete the order process. An email will be sent with the total amount due and address where you will then mail the money order. Your order will then be shipped as soon as the money order is received in our office.
4. Do we sell or rent our customer list to others?
Absolutely not! We will not release any customer base information to anyone who intends to buy, rent or lease the data.
5. How soon will your order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within a two to three day time frame unless the item is temporarily out of stock. Most orders will arrive to our customers (based upon where they live) within 3-5 days of shipping.
6. When will the charges for the product I ordered be placed on my credit/charge card?
We will process charges to your credit card on the same day we ship your order. Your credit card will not be processed until the product is shipped.
7. How do I place an order?
Just select the items you want and click "Add to Cart" To change the number of one item (ex: from 1 to 3 of that item), simply change the number in the cart then... Make sure to click the "Update" button in the bottom left hand corner of that page When you are done shopping, simply click the "Checkout" button on the top right corner of the page
The Billing Information must match the address your charge card bill is sent to, so... If the address is different from the ship to please change it when you get to the "Payment Information" page On the Payment Page, the most common error is an incorrect expiration date for your charge card
All discounts will be taken on the "Order Confirmation" page On that page, please double check all of the information and scroll down to click "Confirm Order" You will then receive an email with the order number, discounts, shipping and total

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
SHIPPING - Global Express Guaranteed (1 - 3 Days)
Express Mail International (EMS) (3 - 5 Days)
Priority Mail International (6 - 10 Days)
First-Class Mail International (Varies)
DELIVERY - Normally, First Class International Air Mail takes approximately 10 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive in MOST countries. However, due to the current situations with the US Post Office and tightened security at airports, we are seeing packages take up to a month to arrive. This is especially true in Canada and Ireland. Please order early and be patient. Tracking is not available on 1st Class Postal.
SHIPPING COSTS - Your postage will be calculated by weight automatically in order process. Please remember to include a valid e-mail address so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & FEES - The shipping and handling fees we charge do not include any taxes or duties charged in your country of destination. These fees are calculated by customs upon arrival in your country and are your responsibility.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS - With heightened Security and increased Credit Card Fraud, we reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain countries.
